我国地域广袤、环境复杂,山地丘陵占据我国国土总面积的60%左右,部分地区受维度影响,在雨季极易发生山洪灾害,严重威胁附近居民的经济财产及生命安全。因此,针对非工程山洪灾害防治措施建设进行深入探讨,具有重要的现实意义。笔者从我国山洪灾害基本情况入手,就其非工程防治措施,阐述几点观点,以供相关人员参考。
Due to its vast territory and complicated environment, China’s mountainous and hilly areas occupy about 60% of China’s total land area. Affected by the dimensions, some areas are prone to flash floods in the rainy season, threatening the economic, property and life safety of nearby residents. Therefore, in-depth discussion on the construction of non-engineering flood control measures has important practical significance. Starting from the basic situation of mountain torrent disaster in our country, the author expounds several views on the non-engineering prevention and control measures for the reference of relevant personnel.
