不断深化企业改革发展的新形势下,改革与稳定的矛盾日益凸现。做好企业员工队伍的稳定工作,是企业深化改革发展成功的关键环节。根据公司现状,分析了员工队伍不稳定的原因,并提出了解决的对策与措施,以使企业摆脱困境,走向良性发展之路。
Under the new situation of deepening the reform and development of enterprises, the contradictions between reform and stability have become increasingly apparent. Doing a good job in the stability of the workforce of a company is the key to the success of an enterprise in deepening its reform and development. According to the status quo of the company, this paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of the workforce and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to solve the problems so that the enterprise can get out of the difficult position and move towards the healthy development.
