建立了测定再造烟叶中9种合成着色剂的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)方法。合成着色剂样品经水萃取后进行LC-MS/MS分析定量。结果表明:各合成着色剂均具有良好的线性关系(R2≥0.9989),加标回收率在88.5%~100.2%之间,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.74%~5.68%之间,方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.05~0.31mg/kg和0.17~1.04mg/kg。该方法用于再造烟叶中9种合成着色剂的快速测定,具有灵敏、准确、简便等特点。
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of nine synthetic colorants in reconstituted tobacco. The synthetic colorant samples were extracted by water and quantified by LC-MS / MS. The results showed that all synthetic colorants had a good linear relationship (R2≥0.9989), the recoveries were between 88.5% and 100.2%, and the average relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 2.74% and 5.68% The limits of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.05 ~ 0.31 mg / kg and 0.17 ~ 1.04 mg / kg, respectively. The method is used for the rapid determination of 9 kinds of synthetic colorants in reconstituted tobacco and is characterized by being sensitive, accurate and simple.
