Bloom, an American educator, believes that effective teaching begins when teachers know what they want to achieve. From this sentence, we can clarify the importance of teaching objectives clearly. It is not only the starting point of teacher education and students’ learning, but also the end point of hope and the center of all teaching activities. Aiming at the goal of junior high school biology teaching, the new curriculum standard focuses on three aspects: scientific experiment, knowledge and ability, emotion and value. First, in the experimental operation, the pursuit of rigorous science teachers and students need to recognize that biology is a highly experimental course. The new curriculum focused on the
