本文是论文《2000年民航客运的需求分析》中的一部分。文中在改进Fuzzy初始综合评判模型的基础上运用了多级决策模型,同时还采用了Puzzy子集描述加权系数的方法,以解决政策变量给不出确切数值的困难;又鉴于本文采用的“算子”及实际问题的需要引入了“拟权向量”的新概念。并将上述多级决策综合评判模型应用于运输结构的分析中,为运输结构的定量分析提供了一种新方法。最后给出了建立合理的民航、铁路、公路及水运客运运输结构的实例。
This article is part of the dissertation “Demand Analysis of Civil Aviation Passenger Transport in 2000”.
