尽管重庆是南方城市,但生活在这里的人们,却对面食有着深厚的感情。比如包子,受喜爱的程度并不亚于小面。中国很多城市都有叫得上名号的包子,广东的叉烧包、天津的狗不理、上海的生煎包、台湾的小笼包……而重庆的包子虽其名不扬,倒也卧虎藏龙。个头从大如拳头到小如汤圆,馅料从酱肉鲜肉到川菜应有尽有。而五花八门的配菜更衍生出一种新饕客学问。从最普通不过的稀饭豆浆,到清爽十足的鸭血粉丝汤,甚至还有极具重庆口味的凉菜,原来在重庆,包子也是一种正餐。
Although Chongqing is a southern city, people living here have deep feelings for pasta. Such as buns, loved by no less than the degree of faceted. As big as a fist to small as dumplings, fillings from the meat sauce to Sichuan everything. And a wide variety of side dishes more derived from a new gourmet knowledge. From the most ordinary porridge milk, to cool fresh duck soup fans, and even have a taste of Chongqing cold dish, the original in Chongqing, buns is also a dinner.
