目的为研究非依赖性药物治疗海洛因成瘾 ,采用卡马西平和泰必利 ,按一定比例混匀配制成胶囊 (以下称胶囊 )治疗戒毒者的戒断症状。方法用于临床前 ,委托贵阳医学院药理教研室进行了动物药理和毒理试验。结果该胶囊能消除大小鼠对吗啡和海洛因依赖的戒断症状 ;大小鼠对胶囊无依赖性 ;急性和长期毒性试验表明无毒性作用。单用该胶囊治疗 70 0例自愿戒毒者 ,疗程 7～15天 ,随访 3个月 ,采取自身对照法 ,比较戒毒者治疗前后的症状和药物副反应等 ,发现该胶囊的治疗效果满意、安全、副反应小。结论随访中发现 ,该胶囊用于急性脱瘾后的维持治疗 ,可明显改善急性脱瘾后的迁延性戒断反应症状 ,如失眠、乏力、疼痛、激惹、抑郁或焦虑等。有助于降低复吸率 ,使用方便 ,有利于病房管理和家庭戒毒治疗
Objective To study the treatment of heroin addiction due to drug dependence, use carbamazepine and tiapride, and mix them into capsules (hereinafter referred to as capsules) to treat withdrawal symptoms of addicts. Methods used in clinical pre-commissioned Guiyang Medical College Department of Pharmacology pharmacological and toxicological tests. Results The capsule can eliminate the withdrawal symptoms of morphine and heroin dependence in rats and mice; the mice of the big and small mice are not dependent on the capsule; acute and long-term toxicity tests show no toxicity. The capsule alone was used to treat 70 0 volunteer drug addicts. The course of treatment was 7-15 days and followed up for 3 months. The self-control method was used to compare the symptoms before and after treatment with drug addicts and drug side effects. The results showed that the capsule was satisfactory and safe Side effects of small. Conclusions During follow-up, it is found that the capsule can be used for maintenance treatment after acute withdrawal and can obviously improve the symptom of persistent withdrawal reaction after acute withdrawal, such as insomnia, fatigue, pain, irritation, depression or anxiety. Help reduce the rate of relapse, easy to use, is conducive to ward management and family detoxification treatment
