针对热键合直角棱镜和角锥棱镜构成的946 nm激光器,详细讨论了输出端946 nm介质膜反射镜对单频运转的影响及热稳定性问题。指出通过改变p分量的透射比不能有效增加腔内激光的线偏振度;增强施加在角锥棱镜上的磁场强度,不仅可以显著提高腔内激光的线偏振度,减小输出激光的损耗,而且可在提供相同环路损耗差的情况下,降低对946 nm激光p分量的高透要求。通过传播矩阵方法,研究了该准单块非平面环形腔的热稳定性及高斯光束能量分布问题。
Aiming at the 946 nm laser consisting of the right-angle prism and the pyramidal prism, the effects of the 946 nm dielectric mirror at the output end on the single-frequency operation and the thermal stability are discussed in detail. It is pointed out that by changing the transmittance of the p component, the linear polarization of the laser in the cavity can not be effectively increased. Increasing the intensity of the magnetic field applied to the pyramid prism can not only significantly increase the linear polarization of the laser in the cavity and reduce the output laser loss, The high penetration requirement for the 946 nm laser p-component can be reduced while providing the same difference in loop loss. The propagation matrix method is used to study the thermal stability and Gaussian beam energy distribution of the quasi-monolithic non-planar annular cavity.
