思想政治工作是一门科学。我们充满希望地看到,这些年来,在广大思想政治工作者和理论工作者的积极努力下,思想政治工作的理论研究取得了令人可喜的成果;但也要实事求是地承认,由于有组织地进行研究的时间还不长,迄今为止,思想政治工作基础理论研究还是一个比较薄弱的环节。加强基础理论建设,无疑是构建思想政治工作科学大厦的一项紧迫任务。前不久,全国研究会在无锡召开了思想政治工作基础理论研讨会,70多位来自党校、高等院校、军队院校和干部管理学院等单位的专家、学者,企业领导干部,以及全国研究会特约研究员出席了会议。围绕思想政治工作科学理论体系的基本内容和框架等问题,与会同志各抒己见,进行了热烈的探讨和交流。大家认为,这次会议是思想政治工作基础理论研究的一个新起点。以此为契机,本刊开辟《基础理论建设》专栏。旨在及时反映思想政治工作基础理论研究和这门学科建设方面的成果以及对开展这方面研究的各种意见,以进一步推动思想政后工作科学化。切望热心和关心这方面研究的同志赐稿、赐教。
Ideological and political work is a science. We hopefully see that over the years, with the active efforts of a large number of ideological and political workers and theoretical workers, the theoretical study of ideological and political work has yielded gratifying results. However, we must also be realistic in admitting that as a result of organized The research time is not long, so far, the basic theory of ideological and political work is still a relatively weak link. Strengthening the building of basic theories is undoubtedly an urgent task of building a scientific building for ideological and political work. Not long ago, the National Research Council held a seminar on fundamental theories in ideological and political work in Wuxi. More than 70 experts, scholars, leading cadres from enterprises including the Party School, universities, military academies and cadre management institutes, as well as the National Research Council Contributing researcher attended the meeting. Focusing on such issues as the basic content and framework of the scientific theoretical system of ideological and political work, all participating comrades expressed their opinions and conducted a lively discussion and exchange. We all think that this meeting is a new starting point for the study of the basic theory of ideological and political work. Taking this as an opportunity, we opened the column of “Basic Theory Construction”. The purpose is to promptly reflect the basic theoretical research in ideological and political work and the achievements made in the construction of this discipline, as well as various opinions on carrying out research in this field in order to further promote the scientific and scientific work of ideological and political work. We sincerely hope that those comrades who are zealous and concerned about this research will give their contributions and enlighten me.
