在人胃癌细胞的培养液中添加核苷酸复合液和5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU),通过测定培养液中的核苷酸浓度的变化、肿瘤细胞数的变化、线粒体活性分析,观察核苷酸在5-FU化疗中对胃癌细胞增殖的影响。实验结果证实核苷酸复合液与5-氟脲嘧啶同时应用能显著增强5-FU的杀伤肿瘤细胞作用,表明核苷酸具有辅助抗肿瘤的生物调节作用(BiochemicalKodulation)。
Nucleotide complex solution and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) were added to the culture solution of human gastric cancer cells, and the changes in nucleotide concentration in the culture solution, changes in the number of tumor cells, and mitochondrial activity analysis were observed. Effects of Nucleotide on the Proliferation of Gastric Cancer Cells in 5-FU Chemotherapy. The experimental results confirmed that the simultaneous application of the nucleotide complex solution with 5-fluorouracil significantly enhanced the cytotoxic effect of 5-FU on the tumor cells, indicating that the nucleotide has a biological anti-tumor biomodulation effect (Biochemical Kodulation).
