哈密瓜成熟过程中有明显的呼吸跃变期。不论是早熟品种“黄旦子”,或晚熟品种“蜜极甘”均在呼吸高峰到来时乙烯的产生突然升高。跃变后期呼吸强度下降,乙烯含量减少。ACC的变化趋势与乙烯相似。
Hami melon mature process of significant respiratory transition period. Both the precocious variety “Huang Dan Zi”, or late-maturing variety “Honey Pole” all came up with a sudden rise in ethylene production at the peak of the respiration. Breathing intensity decreased after the transition, ethylene content decreased. The trend of ACC is similar to that of ethylene.
