在旅行社管理中,旅行社营销管理占据着非常重要的地位,近些年旅行社营销管理虽然进展巨大,但在营销管理上还存在营销手段单一、中间环节过多、部门设置不合理、忽视自身形象等问题。所以应该加强旅行社的品牌管理、注重市场调研,采用多种营销策略促进旅行社间注重产品种类与深度开发转化,深挖产品潜力,形成品牌成势,获得更长久的生命力。
In travel agency management, travel agency marketing management occupies a very important position in recent years, although the marketing management of travel agency has made great progress in marketing management, there is still a single marketing tool, too many intermediate links, department settings unreasonable, ignoring their own image problem.
