薄壁铜套镶入座孔时,套对座孔一般为过盈配合、常温下压入成打入,内孔就收缩了,改变了原来间隙配合的性质,只能重新铰孔或镗孔达到孔公差要求。为保证套和轴的间隙配合,其内孔公差的确定至关重要。 薄壁铜套在常温下镶入座孔后,其金属密度变化不大,可以略去不计。因此套镶入座孔前后的断面积应该相等,如图示。实线为套镶入前的断面,虚线为套镶入后的断面。
