前言在照相乳剂的制备中,硫代硫酸盐是明胶中最重要的天然增感剂之一。因此,一个迅速可靠的定量测定硫代硫酸盐硫的方法是特别重要的。由于对某些明胶来说只要求了解硫代硫酸盐硫,而国内现在通用的测定方法是易变硫与活性硫连测,这给工作带来不便。鉴于上述情况,我们选择了新的分析方法进行试验。现已知的分析方法有:滴定法;在对—二甲基苯胺存在在下,硫代硫酸盐硫被还原形成亚甲蓝比色法;极谱法。从文献报导来看,极谱法的特异性看来较高,但它需要比较昂贵的仪器。早在1972年,G.Ender 和 H.Zorn就提出了用比色定量法测定明胶中硫代硫酸盐硫的报告。本试验参考文献方法采用了
Introduction Thiosulfate is one of the most important natural sensitizers in gelatin for the preparation of photographic emulsions. Therefore, a rapid and reliable method for the quantitative determination of thiosulfate is of particular importance. Since some gelatins are only required to know thiosulfate sulfur, the commonly used determination method in the country is that the variable sulfur and active sulfur test are connected, which brings inconvenience to work. In view of the above, we have chosen a new analytical method for testing. Known analytical methods are: titration; in the presence of p-dimethylaniline, thiosulfate sulfur was reduced to form a methylene blue colorimetric method; polarography. Polarographic methods appear to be more specific in the literature, but require more expensive instruments. As early as 1972, G. Ender and H.
