采用四水醋酸镍[Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O]为原料,一缩二乙二醇为液相还原剂,在一定的温度下进行反应,制备了纳米镍粉。测试结果表明:所制得的镍粉呈无团聚的球形颗粒,且粒径分布均匀,其晶粒尺寸约50nm,呈面心立方晶体结构,其比表面积为13.48m2·g-1;热分析表明纳米镍粉在空气中300℃开始氧化,到600℃时氧化完全。
Nickel acetate tetrahydrate [Ni (CH3COO) 2.4H2O] was used as raw material and diethylene glycol was used as the liquid phase reducer to react at a certain temperature to prepare nano nickel powder. The results show that the prepared nickel powders are spherical particles with no agglomeration and their size distribution is uniform with a grain size of about 50 nm and a face-centered cubic crystal structure with a specific surface area of 13.48 m2 · g-1. The thermal analysis It shows that the nano-nickel powder begins to oxidize in air at 300 ℃ and completely oxidizes to 600 ℃.
