自工业革命以来,围绕着构建劳资双方利益分配的公平机制,各国的政治家和学者提出了多种思路,但公平和效率的矛盾使得社会在追求发展和进步的同时,常常以劳资关系的紊乱为前提。肇始于英国,尔后席卷各个主要资本主义国家的工业大革命推动了整个世界社会经济的发展,但同时工人在资本的压迫下,日益失去了人性的正常因素。历史的发展常常带着太多的相似性,当我们高喊着吸取其他国家发展的经验和教训时,回顾改革开放以来我国这些丰的发展,我们蓦然发现,其实我们正走在他们已经走过的路径方向上,劳资关系的恶化已经成为影响中国社会未来发展的绊脚石。
