课堂教学中学生群体问题的具体表现有学生群体角色的失范现象、学生群体意识的缺乏现象和学生群体的从众现象。课堂教学中教师面对这些问题时往往表现出忽视与误诊。从群体的角度透析这些问题,可以发现:缺乏有机的组织联系导致学生群体角色的失范,课堂交往时间比重的失调导致学生群体意识的缺乏,课堂环境失谐导致学生群体的不良从众心理与行为。探讨解决这些问题的有效策略。
The concrete manifestation of the student group problem in classroom teaching is the anomie of student group role, the lack of awareness of student group and the follow-up phenomenon of student group. Teachers in classroom teaching often face neglect and misdiagnosis in the face of these problems. From the group point of view, these problems can be found out: the lack of organic links between organizations lead to the loss of student group’s role, the imbalance of time spent in classroom interaction leads to the lack of awareness of student groups, and the disorder of classroom environment leads to the unfriendly psychology and behavior of student groups.
