目的探讨异体巩膜提吊法治疗麻痹性下睑外翻的安全性和疗效。方法对20例(20眼)不同病因引起的麻痹性下睑外翻经保守治疗无效者行异体巩膜悬吊术,采用3.5mm×50mm巩膜条带,通过靠近下睑缘的皮下隧道,置入异体巩膜条带,调好松紧度后固定于内外眦骨膜,使下睑外翻得以矫正。结果随访3～25月,20例下睑外翻全部矫正,睑裂闭合不全消失12例,明显改善8例。颜面对称性效果较好。无一例感染,无一例排斥反应。结论麻痹性睑外翻行异体巩膜提吊术安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of allo-scleral lifting method in the treatment of paralytic lower eyelid valgus. Methods Allo-scleral suspension was performed on 20 patients (20 eyes) with paralytic lower eyelid eversion due to different etiologies. Allogeneic scleral suspension was performed using 3.5 mm × 50 mm scleral strip through a subcutaneous tunnel near the lower eyelid Allogeneic scleral strips, adjust the tightness of the fixed inside and outside the tarsal periosteal, eyelid eyelid to be corrected. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 ~ 25 months. Twenty cases of lower eyelid were corrected and 12 cases of palpebral fissure failure disappeared. Eight cases were significantly improved. Symmetry effect is better. No case of infection, no case of rejection. Conclusion Paralytic eyelid allograft scleral lifting surgery is safe and effective.
