综述近年来番泻叶的临床药物研究进展及番泻苷蒽酮基因的分子生物学标准化研究现状。发现番泻叶的分子生物学技术与方法上的研究重复较多,在植物药用基因组学方面的研究几乎是空白。本文不仅讨论有关番泻苷的分子生物学理论和技术,更从基因层面探讨蒽酮相关基因及药物代谢酶基因深层次研究,包括代谢途径、药理作用、不良反应、基因特性与临床导泻、毒性品质鉴定关系的研究、药物代谢酶与番泻苷疗效毒性关系的研究,探讨标准化中医药基因组学-人体药物代谢基因组临床创新科研路径,以指导临床中药的个体化用药和优化给药方案,以便选择高效低毒的番泻叶品种精制胶囊。
This review summarizes recent advances in clinical drug research of senna and the current state of research on molecular biology standardization of sensation acetogenin.
