中国水利水电第二工程局是有着水利水电施工总承包一级资质和房屋建筑施工总承包一级资质的国有大型施工企业。近年来工程局坚持在发展中改革,在改革中发展,遵循市场规律,顺应时代潮流,按照水利水电施工、工民建、房地产、国际工程的产业格局,积极进取,大胆开拓。经过全体职工的共同努力,企业经营业绩不断攀升,社会信誉不断提高,通过了ISO9000质量管理、环境、职业健康安全三大体系的贯标认证,多次被评为全国先进施工企业、全国用户满意施工企业、全国先进建筑施工企业、重合同守信用单位、水利水电建设集团公司文明单位等称号,所建的工程获得多项省、部优质工程称号。
