采用计算流体力学、计算传热学和计算燃烧学的原理和模型,通过在ALPHA250工作站上的编程计算,得到了阳极焙烧炉燃烧室内流场、温度场和浓度场的解析结果,借助数学模拟,提出了其结构优化方案。
Adopting the principles of computational fluid dynamics, calculating heat transfer and calculating combustion theory and model, the analytical results of the flow field, the temperature field and the concentration field in the combustion chamber of the anode roaster were obtained by programming calculation on ALPHA250 workstation. Simulation, proposed its structure optimization program.
