今年内蒙古自治区一座5孔全长70.46米、净跨12.5米的桥梁基础工程是采用国产冲击钻机钻孔,灌注水下混凝土施工的。这种施工方法是在交通科学研究院的倡导下,经过试验取得了经验,于今年4月正式投入生产。自开工以来的43天内,已顺利地完成了全桥24根桩的钻孔、灌注工作。共用了钻机台班94个,钻进工效平均3.92台班/孔。
This year, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a 5-hole full-length 70.46 meters, 12.5 meters net span of the bridge foundation project is the use of domestic impact drilling machine drilling, pouring underwater concrete construction. This method of construction is based on the initiative of the Institute of Transportation Science and gained experience through experiments. It was officially put into production in April this year.
