通过对课堂教学的实地研究表明,在课堂教学中存在着许多不公平的现象,其原因既与外部社会因素有关,更与教师自身素质紧密相联。探其原因,有利于认识课堂教学公平的意义,探索现阶段实现课堂教学公平的途径。揭批这些不公平的表现,并采取有效措施予以矫正,无疑对实现教育公平有着重要的现实意义。
The field study of classroom teaching shows that there are many unfair phenomena in classroom teaching. The reasons are not only related to external social factors, but also closely linked with teachers’ own qualities. Exploring the reason is conducive to realizing the significance of classroom teaching fairness and exploring ways to realize the fairness of classroom teaching at this stage. To expose and criticize these unfair manifestations and take effective measures to correct them will undoubtedly have an important practical significance for realizing education equity.
