贵州省独山县合作医疗试点运行基本正常 ,次均门诊费用和次均住院费用有所控制 ,现有医疗基金在年内没有出现赤字 ;但该县合作医疗试点仍存在一些问题与障碍 ,主要是覆盖率和资金到位率较低。应建立合理筹资机制 ,科学、法制化管理和提高医疗服务
The trial operation of the cooperative medical service in Dushan County, Guizhou Province was basically normal. The average outpatient expenses and the average hospitalization expenses were controlled. There was no deficit in the existing medical fund during the year; however, there were still some problems and obstacles in the pilot cooperative medical service in the county. Coverage and capital availability are low. Should establish a reasonable financing mechanism, scientific and legal management and improve medical services
