针对塔里木油田石化分公司大化肥装置中压分解器下段换热管失效问题,在停车检修期间,打开了换热器下部封头。通过内窥镜及涡流检测对换热器下部封头进行检查,发现换热器下段沿筒体部分的换热管严重腐蚀。对换热器前期运行情况及其腐蚀特征进行分析,认为造成这种现象的根本原因是底部尿液槽液位经常超出正常范围,换热管下方结晶堵塞,造成换热管中尿素溶液滞流,产生的甲酸破坏了防腐氧化膜,造成换执管腐蚀。提出了问题相应的解决对策,保证中压分解器的顺利运行。
