本文探讨在高校班级管理中引入心理契约的必要性,结合当代高职院校的实际情况及90后学生的个性特点,提出构建有效心理契约的具体措施,从而形成学习共同体,提升班级凝聚力。
This article explores the necessity of introducing a psychological contract in the management of higher education. According to the actual conditions of the contemporary higher vocational colleges and the personality characteristics of the post-90s students, this article proposes specific measures to construct an effective psychological contract so as to form a learning community and enhance the cohesion of the class.
