在CaCl2熔盐中直接电化学还原固态TiO2与NiO混合物一步制备TiNi合金粉末,该方法流程短、污染少、能耗低,初始研究结果表明在电流效率仅为20.5%的情况下,新方法制备1kgTiNi合金的能耗亦低至23.4kW·h.对电解还原历程的研究表明,NiO优先还原为金属镍,TiO2先钙钛矿化为CaTiO3?x,然后在镍的去极化作用下逐步还原为Ni3Ti和TiNi.控制电解电压不仅可调控TiNi合金相的生长速度,还可方便制备Ni与钙钛矿的复合功能材料.
