本文用DSC、XRD 和SEM 方法初步研究了Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化过程中结构的变化。结果表明:Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化过程中,首先产生少量Ni 微晶,加热到550℃后,非晶态结构完全被破坏,并产生Ni 和Ni_3P 晶相。Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金的苯乙烯液相加氢活性测试结果表明,Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化后,加氢活性显著下降。氢吸附研究表面Ni 原子数的结果证实,这是由于晶化后表面Ni 原子数目减少。
In this paper, the structure of Ni-Ce-P amorphous alloy during crystallization was studied by DSC, XRD and SEM. The results show that when Ni-Ce-P amorphous alloy is crystallized, a small amount of Ni crystallites are firstly produced. After heated to 550 ℃, the amorphous structure is completely destroyed and the Ni and Ni_3P phases are produced. Ni-Ce-P amorphous alloy styrene liquid phase hydrogenation activity test results show that, Ni-Ce-P amorphous alloy crystallization, hydrogenation activity decreased significantly. The results of hydrogen adsorption study on the number of Ni atoms on the surface confirmed that this is due to the reduction in the number of Ni atoms on the surface after crystallization.
