随着新课程的改革,我国的教育形式也发生了巨大的转变,为了满足企业对学生的需求,中职教育在不断地进行改革和创新。在教育发展中,为社会培养优秀的一线技术应用型人才是中职院校的主要目的。中职院校的办学理念和办学形式在一定程度上决定了中职院校必须要将优秀的企业文化融入到中职的语文阅读教育中。将企业优秀文化融入到中职语文的阅读中,可以使学生增强职业意识,提高职业素养,以就业为导向培养出更多符合企业需求的人才,在中职教育具有十分重要的意义。
With the reform of the new curriculum, the educational form of our country has also undergone tremendous changes. In education development, it is the main purpose of secondary vocational colleges to cultivate excellent first-line technical talents for the society.
