报告应用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)与医用涤纶布制成复合性植入物矫正眼球摘除术后眼窝凹陷的动物实验研究。结果术后各组伤口均愈合良好,眼组织与涤纶布形成牢固粘连,与PMMA无粘连。病理见涤纶纤维周围结缔组织长入并形成包绕。表明应用PMMA-涤纶布复合植入物,术后不易脱出或移位,不吸收,具有良好的活动度。涤纶布对组织愈合有诱导作用,植入物一次成形,手术操作简单。
Report the application of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and medical polyester fabric made composite implants for correction of orbital sunken eyes after enucleation of animal experiments. Results The wounds of all the groups healed well after the operation. The ocular tissues and the polyester cloth formed firm adhesions without adhesion with PMMA. See the pathological polyester fibers around the connective tissue grow into and around. Show that the application of PMMA-polyester fabric composite implants, after surgery is not easy to prolapse or shift, do not absorb, with good activity. Polyester cloth has an induction effect on tissue healing. Once the implant is formed, the operation is simple.
