本文提出了一种宽带机调毫米波固体源的分析方法和数值计算结果,指出了它的宽带特性。利用以上结果成功地研制了一种Ka波段宽带固体源,最大调谐带宽可达到10GHz。
This paper presents a broadband millimeter millimeter wave solid source analysis and numerical results, pointed out its broadband characteristics. Based on the above results, a Ka-band wideband solid-state source has been successfully developed with a maximum tuning bandwidth of 10GHz.
