针对汽车大梁钢在焊接成型和冲压成型两种不同成型方式下所产生的裂纹进行分析,通过对裂纹部位进行化学成分、低倍、高倍分析,找出两种裂纹各自形成原因,制定相应的预防和改进措施,指导客户对大梁辅材与焊丝的材质选型及焊接工艺进行改进,并进行疲劳性能匹配试验,使大梁钢焊接裂纹得到有效控制与消除。
According to the analysis of cracks in automobile girder steel under two different forming methods of welding and stamping, the chemical composition, low magnification and high magnification analysis of the cracked parts were used to find out the causes of the two kinds of cracks and make the corresponding prevention And improvement measures to guide customers to improve the material selection and welding process of girder auxiliary material and welding wire and perform fatigue performance matching test to effectively control and eliminate welding crack of girder steel.
