目的 对比研究头孢硫脒 (CTM )、头孢唑林 (CEZ)、头孢呋辛 (CXM )、头孢曲松 (CRO )、苯唑西林 (MPIPC)、万古霉素 (VCM )对 99株临床分离革兰氏阳性球菌的抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂平板稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 CTM对 3 2株金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC50 、MIC90 均为 0 5mg/L ,低于CRO ,CTM对 2 9株表皮葡萄球菌的MIC50 、MIC90 分别为 0 12 5和 8mg/L ,是CRO的 1/16,对 9株甲氧西林耐药的葡萄球菌 (MRS)的范围与CXM相近 ;CTM对粪肠球菌的抗菌活性与万古霉素相仿 ,强于CEZ、CXM、CRO、MPIPC。结论 头孢硫脒对葡萄球菌和粪肠球菌具有很强的体外抗菌活性。
Objective To compare the efficacy of cefathiamidine (CTM), cefazolin (CEZ), cefuroxime (CXM), ceftriaxone (CRO), oxacillin (MPIPC) and vancomycin (VCM) Antibacterial activity of Lan positive cocci. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by agar plate dilution method. Results The MIC50 and MIC90 of CTM against 0 2 and 3 were respectively 5 mg / L and lower than those of CRO. The MIC50 and MIC90 of CTM against 29 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were 0 12 5 and 8 mg / L, respectively. 1/16 for 9 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRS) and CXM similar; CTM of Enterococcus faecalis antibacterial activity similar to vancomycin, stronger than CEZ, CXM, CRO, MPIPC. Conclusion Cefathiamidine against Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis has a strong antibacterial activity in vitro.
