氮爆式液压打桩锤结构原理与分析

设计一种不同于国内外同类产品的氮爆式液压打桩锤,该产品结构设计紧凑,采用气液联合控制,将氮气爆炸能和锤头的重力势能作为对预制桩的打击能,并实现冲击能和打击频率的无级调节,从而降低了制造成本和提高了设备的适应性。首台ZCY70样机的试验成功不仅证明它的优点,并且为我国自主研发适应我国国情的液压桩锤奠定技术基础。 A nitrogen explosion hydraulic pile hammer different from similar products at home and abroad is designed. The product is compact in structure and controlled by combination of gas and liquid. Using the nitrogen explosion energy and the gravitational potential energy of the hammer as the striking energy of the precast pile, The ability to steplessly adjust the frequency of strikes reduces manufacturing costs and increases equipment flexibility. The successful test of the first ZCY70 prototype not only proved its merits, but also laid the technical foundation for China’s independent research and development of hydraulic pile hammer adapting to China’s national conditions.
