积极创新是设备管理水平不断提高的根本所在,满足现状、不思进取是影响管理和技术人员素质提高的最大障碍.为此,我科建立了一系列激励机制,旨在鼓励管理人员创造性地劳动.在奖金分配制度中,我们规定,按岗位职责的基本要求完成本职工作的,只能拿到基本奖,只有积极发现工作中的薄弱环节燕加以改善,提高现有的办事效率或管理效果,才能获取较高的奖金.如在技术人员图纸评定中,增加了设计系数和改进系数,嘉奖技术人员在设备维修中的小改小革和不断运用新技术、新工艺.在管理人员年终考评时,安于现状、对工作没有实质性改进的人员得不到好的评价.
Active innovation is fundamental to the continuous improvement of equipment management. Satisfying the status quo and refraining from making progress are the biggest obstacles affecting the quality of management and technical personnel. To this end, our department has established a series of incentive mechanisms designed to encourage managers to work creatively. In the bonus distribution system, we have stipulated that if the basic requirements for job responsibilities fulfill their duties, only the basic awards will be obtained, and only the weak points in the active discovery work will be improved to improve the existing efficiency or management effectiveness. In order to obtain higher bonuses, such as in the drawing of technical personnel, the design factor and the improvement factor are increased, the technicians are commended for making small changes in the maintenance of the equipment, and new technologies and processes are constantly used. At the end of the management personnel’s assessment , People who are content with the status quo and have no substantial improvement in their work do not get a good evaluation.
