当前,党和国家高度重视开展职业教育,各级政府相继出台了与之相应的实施办法,采取了一系列具体措施,职业教育从结构、规模和保障等各方面都形成了较为完善的运行机制。高等职业教育在其发展过程中,还存在一些不可忽视的问题,隐藏着一些不和谐的因素,尤其是通过各种渠道和形式形成的诸多高等职业学校,虽然完成了名称、形式的变更和培养目标的重大转移,但是,其教育体制、专业设置、招生方式、教学计划、教学模式、课程体系和教材体系等等,依旧沿袭着计划体制下那种大专教育或小本科教育的套路没有改变,穿新鞋走老路,导致高等职业教育与社会需求相脱节。本文作者对这些问题进行了梳理,提出了以生产实际为本,重组课程体系的具体思路。
