2004年,建工师体制改革后,随着划转剥离改革工作的不断深入,新旧体制矛盾交错,历史沉淀的问题逐步显现,职工群众关注的热点、难点问题突出,各类信访问题层出不穷。面对繁杂凸显的矛盾和历史遗留问题,师党委高度重视信访工作,结合实际情况,健全信访组织机构,完善工作制度,及时解决好职工群众最关心、最迫切、最现实的问题。
