As one of the most difficult and dangerous industries in the coal industry, the coal industry itself, in terms of jobs, division of labor and place of employment, is different. There are also accidents prone areas and safe areas. Relatively speaking, underground mining safety factor at the front line is lower, the accident rate is high, while the auxiliary post safety factor is higher, the accident rate is lower. However, when I investigated all kinds of casualties in a mining enterprise in a mining area in Henan Province in the past five years, I found an unexpected strange phenomenon: the mining accident rate in the accident-prone areas was not high, Relatively safe auxiliary positions but has become an accident “hardest hit.”
