项目投资活动涉及方方面面的问题,对法务人员而言,应对法律风险进行全面有效的事前防范,根据有关法律、法规,结合投资项目的实际情况,对项目进行全面的法律分析,重点分析其中可能存在的法律风险和法律障碍,通过对项目方案的设计及相关法律文件的拟定和审核,提出防范法律风险、解决(规避)法律障碍的建议,从而力争将项目的法律风险降至最低,有效避免、减少法律纠纷的发生,确保项目投资成功。上海企业法务沙龙由《上海国资》杂志社、上海对外贸易学院及一批资深法务人士共同发起创办。继第二期探讨技术引进中的法律问题后,第三期法务沙龙于2007年1月11日举行,主题为项目投资法律风险及控制,主讲人为保利协鑫能源控股有限公司中国区法务总监吴思军,主持人为君合律师事务所合伙人潘跃新律师。
