目的了解深圳市家禽密切接触人群人禽流感知识知晓情况和预防行为状况,探索提高其防护知识及意识的宣传方法。方法2007年7~8月对深圳市家禽养殖、贩卖、宰杀加工人员进行问卷调查。结果共调查禽类接触从业人员275人、非禽类接触人员50人,56.9%的人知道人禽流感的临床症状,禽类从业人员中认为人得禽流感途径为接触禽类的占43.1%,接触禽流感病人的占31.1%,认为接触猪猫的占5.2%,而不清楚人得禽流感途径的却占了28.3%。55.8%的人从未采取任何防护措施。结论家禽密切接触人群对人禽流感的危机意识较淡薄,采取正确防护行为率较低,应加强对此类人群的知识宣传教育,对市场实行禁止卖活鸡,实行定点屠宰,只供应光鸡和每星期市场实行活鸡全部宰杀措施是预防禽流感等行为干预措施,保护人群健康。
Objective To understand the knowledge of bird flu and its preventive behavior in close contact with poultry in Shenzhen and to explore ways of promoting its knowledge and awareness of prevention. Methods From July to August 2007, a questionnaire survey was conducted on poultry breeding, trafficking and slaughtering workers in Shenzhen. Results A total of 275 poultry workers were interviewed and 50 non-poultry workers were interviewed. 56.9% of them knew the clinical symptoms of bird flu. Among the poultry workers, 43.1% thought they had bird flu exposure, Accounting for 31.1% of the patients, 5.2% of those who think they are exposed to pigs and cats, and 28.3% of the people do not know the pathways of bird flu. 55.8% of people never take any protective measures. Conclusion The poultry close contact with the population is less aware of the crisis of bird flu and take a relatively low rate of correct protection. Knowledge and education of such people should be strengthened, banned to sell live chickens, slaughtered on site and only light chickens And every week the market practice of live chickens to kill all measures is to prevent bird flu and other behavioral interventions to protect the health of the population.
