第一、江西省农协是全省广大农民群众性的组织,又是全体农民阶级性的组织,它是在中国共产党江四省委与省人民政府的领导下,团结全省农民,并以贫雇农为骨干,坚决团结中农,及乡村其它劳动人民,为全省农民的解放,为澈底完成反帝反封建反官僚资本主义的人民民主革命,为建设独立、民主、和平、统一、富强的新中国与民主繁荣的新江西而奋斗。第二、继续深入发动群众,整理农会组织,整顿干部思想作风,加强农民的阶级团结,将全省农民组织起来,高度发挥农民的积极性与斗争性,打倒恶霸地主,肃清匪特,坚决废除保甲制度,消除地方械斗,及时揭露反革命分子和青红帮,及农村各种封建派系的欺骗宣传,严厉镇压一切反革命活动,澈底摧毁压迫与剥削农民的封建反动统治,保护农民在政治上的澈底翻身。
