我厂坚持厂内外二个三结合,从1973年开始研究以铌代钽的中低压铌钽合金电容器粉,在兄弟单位的大力支持和密切配合下,业已研制成含铌70%的铌钽合金电容器粉,建立了固体电容器6.3伏至40伏和液体电容器6.5伏至100伏的产品系列。经有关单位的反复鉴定和使用,证明新产品性能接近钽电容器粉,个别技术指标还超过了钽电容器粉。该新产品的显著特点是适应我国资源情况,它充分利用国内富有的铌,大大减少了稀贵金属钽的用量,大幅度降低了成本,从而使产品价格降低30%,为军工和民用提供了价廉物美的新材料。
