以邻氨基苯硫酚和铜试剂为原料,合成了一种基于硫磺素T的荧光探针化合物,研究发现该化合物对Hg2+具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,常见离子对它的干扰较小.探针能够可视化检测Hg2+,并在Hela活细胞中实现了Hg2+的成像.
An o-aminothiophenol and copper reagent was used as the starting material to synthesize a thioflavin T-based fluorescent probe compound. It was found that the compound had high selectivity and sensitivity to Hg2 +, and the common ions had little interference with it. The probe visualizes Hg2 + and enables Hg2 + imaging in Hela live cells.
