计量站的工艺管线和所有设备均安装在联合底座上,并配有强度高、重量轻、保温效果好的塑料、钢架混合结构房屋。在工厂整体预制完成后,拉运到生产现场,既可作为计量站单独使用,又可和装配式泵房、配水间等单体组合成计量接转站。这样,就实现了施工预制化、装配化和机械化,达到了轻便快装,加快油田建设速度和油井计量就地仪表自动化的目的,而且比老式计量站省材料,省投资。
Metering station of the process pipeline and all equipment are installed in the joint base, and is equipped with high strength, light weight, good insulation effect of plastic, steel mixed structure housing. After the factory is prefabricated as a whole, the products are transported to the production site for use either alone as a metering station or as a metered transfer station with an assembled pump room or water distribution unit. In this way, the construction prefabrication, assembly and mechanization are achieved, the purpose of light and quick loading, speeding up of the oilfield construction and on-site metering of oil well metering is achieved, and the provincial metering and metering materials are saved compared with the old metering station.
