众所周知,基层事业单位工作烦琐棘手,要做好农村基层工作,基层干部的人力资源管理显得尤为重要。从当前基层人力资源储备的现实来看,女职工所占比例要比男职工相对多些,要实现基层事业单位服务型功能转型升级,优化基层人才队伍,提高基层人员工作效率,基层事业单位女职工人力资源管理更成为当前机制改革的焦点。那么,如何发挥“半边天”主观能动性和工作积极性,给她们一个适合展示自我、发挥自我的平台,成为事业单位人力资源管理中不可忽视的问题。本文从女职工的特点说起,分析了在女职工人力资源管理工作中容易忽略的突出问题,并提出了加强对女职工人力资源管理的重要举措,希望在基层工作中,能提高女职工的整体素质和工作效率,从而实现基层女职工人力资源管理的最佳配置,对提高全员工作效率有所帮助。
