目的探讨HP与OLP之间的关系方法对50例口腔扁平苔藓OLP分组作幽门螺杆菌检测一组采用快速尿素酶试验12例HP检出率83.33%二组14C一尿素呼吸试验21例HP检出率61.90%三组HP抗体金标快速检测17例HP检出率76.47%结果50例OLP中HP阳性为36例其中伴有粘膜充血、糜烂或牙龈上皮剥脱、红亮者22例HP检出率为100%结论我们认为HP与OLP之间存在着密切关系
Objective To investigate the relationship between HP and OLP method 50 cases of oral lichen planus OLP group for Helicobacter pylori detection group using rapid urease test in 12 cases of HP detection rate of 83.33% two groups of 14C-urea breath test in 21 cases of HP detection Rate of 61.90% three groups of HP antibody gold standard rapid detection of 17 cases of HP detection rate of 76.47% Results 50 cases of OLP in HP positive for 36 cases with mucosal congestion, erosion or gingival epithelial exfoliation, red bright 22 cases of HP detection rate 100% Conclusion We think there is a close relationship between HP and OLP
