根据行政诉讼法学理论和消防监督执法工作实践,对公安机关消防机构行政诉讼应诉工作,从法学理论到实际工作方法进行探讨研究,以期对公安机关消防机构的行政应诉工作有所启发。
According to the theory of administrative procedure jurisprudence and the practice of fire supervision and law enforcement, this paper explores the responding procedure of administrative lawsuit in fire department of public security organ from legal theory to practical working method, with a view to enlightening the administrative response to fire department of public security organ.
