采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了平榛(Corylus heterophylla)不同发育时期的过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶酶谱.结果表明:不同时期过氧化物酶同工酶酶带数目、强弱变化很大,在枝条韧皮部、萌动芽和幼叶中酶带数目较多,活性强.其中R(?)的酶带活性随着树体生长而增强,在幼叶开始生长时最强,叶片成熟时消失;R(?)的酶带从芽萌动开始增强,随着坚果发育和叶片成熟又减弱.酯酶同工酶仅在未层积种子、层积种子和萌动芽中显带,其中层积处理种子中酶带多,活性强.
Peroxidase and esterase isoenzymes were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis at different developmental stages of Corylus heterophylla.The results showed that the number of peroxidase isozymes in different stages was strong The changes of the enzyme bands in the phloem, sprouting bud and young leaves of the shoots are more and more active, and the enzyme activity of R (?) Increases with the growth of the tree and strongest when young leaves begin to grow, The leaves disappeared when mature, and the bands of R (?) Began to increase from bud initiation, and then weakened with the development of nuts and the maturation of leaves.The esterase isozymes showed only in uncultivated seeds, laminated seeds and buds, Among them, stratification of seed in the enzyme with more activity.
