微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的应用探讨

目的探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床效果。方法选取长沙市口腔医院收治的94例接受口腔正畸治疗的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组采用口外弓加强支抗治疗,比较两组患者治疗后上中切牙倾斜角差、上中切牙凸距差及磨牙位移的变化情况。结果观察组治疗后上中切牙倾斜角差、上中切牙凸距差均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组患者治疗后磨牙位移为(3.69±0.29)mm,明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中具有较好的临床效果,且操作简便、创伤小、支抗稳定,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-implant anchorage in oral orthodontic treatment. Methods Ninety-four patients undergoing oral orthodontic treatment in Changsha Stomatological Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. Micro-implant implants were used in the observation group, After treatment, the difference of incline angle, incisal distance of upper incisors and molar displacement between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the incisive angle of the upper incisors was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the displacement of the molar in the observation group was (3.69 ± 0.29) mm, which was significantly less than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage has good clinical effect in the treatment of orthodontics, and is simple and easy to operate with less trauma and stable support, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
