对我来说,《民法》是自学考试法律专业中最重要、最复杂、最难过的一门。常言道:得民法者得天下。在学习上,对此,我深有感触。在三年前的自学考试中,《民法通则》考了87分,我的学习经验就是:在复习中,掌握学习方法,想尽一切办法把厚厚的一本《民法通则》教材学薄。把握理论体系学习任何一门学科,都要把握住整本书的理论体系,然后串成串,这种体系性地把握知识,可以减少记忆量,便于了解知识之间的内在结构,明确每个知识点在整个体
To me, “civil law” is the most important, complex, and sad thing in the legal profession of self-study exams. As the saying goes: people have the world law. In learning, I have deep feelings about it. In the self-study exam three years ago, “General Rules of Civil Law” took 87 marks.
